What to Wear to the Gym? I Stopped Overthinking It, and Everything Got Easier My first time at the gym felt like going to a job interview. I still remember that day. The night before, I covered my bed with workout clothes, and it took me nearly half an hour just to decide which leggings to wear. I really thought everyone at the gym would notice me. Some people are running with headphones on, others are chatting with their trainers, and one guy is lifting weights so hard his face is turning red. Everyone's too busy working on themselves to care about what I'm wearing today. I was unnecessarily nervous. If someone still asks me what to wear to the gym today, I won't immediately recommend a brand or tell you which color is trending.
